Sensitivity in men is often misunderstood and unfairly labeled as weakness, but it’s actually a significant strength. Many highly sensitive men struggle to accept this aspect of themselves due to conflicting societal expectations. Instead of avoiding or denying your sensitivity, I invite you to embrace it, understand it, and find identity and meaning in the richness that is being a highly sensitive man.
