Listening to podcasts can be a great way to consume helpful and illuminating information about the Highly Sensitive Person trait. As with any topic, there are many experts producing wonderful HSP podcasts to shed light on this important topic and area of personality research. As we researched, we found that there were nine excellent HSP podcasts that offer different perspectives from different coaches.

#1 – The HSP and Neurodivergent Podcast with Julie Bjelland
Julie Bjelland is an HSP psychotherapist, author and global educator who has built an incredible empire of resources for the Highly Sensitive Person. Lauren Lasalle is a licensed clinical therapist and HSP coach (trained by Nickerson Institute’s HSP Certification). Her podcast is informational, helpful, and a wonderful resource for HSPs. Both highly sensitive persons (HSPs), they are on a mission to spark a sensitivity revolution and empower fellow Highly Sensitive Warriors to thrive. Their show tackles issues such as emotions surrounding elections, burnout, thriving as an HSP, balancing productivity and sensitivity, and much more.
#4 – Highly Sensitive Soul Podcast (for HSPs)
Hosted by registered craniosacral therapist and self-growth coach, Lisa Matthews, the Highly Sensitive Soul Podcast looks at the science and spirituality of the HSP trait. Patricia Young is a licensed clinical social worker and HSP coach who produces the Unapologetically Sensitive podcast. She’s been creating this podcast for many years and has nearly 200 episodes. #7 – Parenting Your Highly Sensitive Child Like A Ninja
Hosted by licensed therapist and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), Megghan Thompson, Parenting Your Highly Sensitive Child Like a Ninja offers real-world advice and counsel from an established expert on HSP kids. This podcast is hosted by Steve and is one of the few HSP podcasts produced by a man. He offers topics about the sensitive male, or HSP man, as well as other topics around personality profiles, depression, recovery, addiction, and much more. At present, it seems there have been no new podcasts since 2021, but there are many podcasts in this show’s library that offer a fresh approach to the HSP trait from a male perspective. BONUS #3 – The Find Your Leadership Confidence Podcast with Vicki Noethling: Lauren Hunter on Highly Sensitive People (HSP)
I had the pleasure of being on Vicki Noethling’s Find Your Leadership Confidence Podcast about my books and the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait. We had such a robust conversation about what it is like to be an HSP author, entrepreneur, and mom.
