As with any topic, there are many experts producing wonderful HSP podcasts to shed light on this important topic and area of personality research. As we researched, we found that there were nine excellent HSP podcasts that offer different perspectives from different coaches.

#1 – The Highly Sensitive Person Podcast
This podcast is for people who experience the world intensely. Kelly is your host. While her podcast has been on hiatus for a time, there are 74 episodes in the podcast’s catalog to listen to. Her voice is calming and quite soothing. Kelly also blogs at https://highlysensitiveperson.net/.
#2 – The Highly Sensitive Podcast
Lauren Lasalle is a licensed clinical therapist and HSP coach (trained by Nickerson Institute’s HSP Certification). Her podcast is informational, helpful, and a wonderful resource for HSPs. Lauren works specifically with HSPs and blogs at https://laurenlasallecoaching.com/. She also has HSP kids and a deep personal knowledge of sensitivity in families.
#3 – The HSP Podcast with Julie Bjelland
Julie Bjelland is an HSP psychotherapist, author and global educator who has built an incredible empire of resources for the Highly Sensitive Person. Patricia Young is a licensed clinical social worker and HSP coach who produces the Unapologetically Sensitive podcast. She’s been creating this podcast for many years and has nearly 200 episodes. This podcast is hosted by Steve and is one of the few HSP podcasts produced by a man. He offers topics about the sensitive male, or HSP man, as well as other topics around personality profiles, depression, recovery, addiction, and much more. At present, it seems there have been no new podcasts since 2021, but there are many podcasts in this show’s library that offer a fresh approach to the HSP trait from a male perspective.
