As with any topic, there are many experts producing wonderful HSP podcasts to shed light on this important topic and area of personality research. Lauren Lasalle is a licensed clinical therapist and HSP coach (trained by Nickerson Institute’s HSP Certification). Her podcast is informational, helpful, and a wonderful resource for HSPs. Julie Bjelland is an HSP psychotherapist, author and global educator who has built an incredible empire of resources for the Highly Sensitive Person. Hosted by registered craniosacral therapist and self-growth coach, Lisa Matthews, the Highly Sensitive Soul Podcast looks at the science and spirituality of the HSP trait. Patricia Young is a licensed clinical social worker and HSP coach who produces the Unapologetically Sensitive podcast. She’s been creating this podcast for many years and has nearly 200 episodes. This podcast is hosted by Steve and is one of the few HSP podcasts produced by a man. At present, it seems there have been no new podcasts since 2021, but there are many podcasts in this show’s library that offer a fresh approach to the HSP trait from a male perspective.
