Years ago, at home for a visit combing through my mother’s bookshelf, I came across a book called, The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron. My mom agreed to let me take the book home. I worked through it and it unlocked me in a transformative way.
A gifted writer and creative, Cameron has become a household name in the world of creativity over the last 30+ years. Thousands if not millions of people have read her books and pivoted to become passionate creators. I went through her book on my own and always wanted to go through the material again with a group coaching approach aimed to meet the needs of highly sensitive people.

As a highly sensitive person (HSP), I found that the world didn’t communicate in the same ways I did. I was a creative. This made so much sense! I’m a writer, musician, and poet – and now HSP-trained coach who assist people just like you in stepping into their creative passions.
